Refund policy
We want you to love what you wear. If you're not 100% satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 5Â days of delivery. All returns and exchanges are free of charge.
Eligibility To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Worn, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted. Sale items and innerwear are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at kepastore@outlook.com or contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and reason for return or exchange (and your preferred size/colour if exchanging).
- Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange a free pickup via our courier partner within 2 business days.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are credited within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Exchanges Once we receive your return request and confirm eligibility, your replacement item will be delivered within 7 business days.
KEPA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
