Return and refunds

We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges are free of charge.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Worn, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return and approve the condition, refunds are credited within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

Once we receive the request for return / exchange we will delivery new product in 7 business days

KEPA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
